We listen, act, and transform
Making a choice to embark on a journey towards healing takes courage. Talking to someone about infidelity, sex, and addictions takes even more. These topics can cause isolation, shame, and hopelessness, whether it's love and relationship issues, infidelity, pornography addictions, or sexually compulsive behaviors. Additionally, partners, spouses, or family members may experience trauma, grief, or isolation caused by these behaviors. There is hope and a path that can lead to a healthy and fulfilling life, leading to inner peace and understanding.
My counseling work has primarily been focused on adults with concerns related to betrayal trauma, compulsive sexual behaviors, infidelity, and other issues such as anxiety, and self-esteem. I have studied with both Dr. Patrick Carnes, Dr. Stephanie Carnes, and Dr. Kevin Skinner on issues directly related to infidelity, betrayal trauma, and sexual addictions.
My role is to assist you in reaching whatever goals you may have for yourself by providing non-judgmental support and helping to facilitate your journey, whatever form it may take. I strive to empower you and assist you in expanding healthy awareness by creating a safe and inviting space for you to process and grow.
