We Listen, Act, and Transform
It takes tremendous courage to begin the journey toward healing. Opening up about experiences such as infidelity, sexual struggles, or addiction can feel overwhelming and deeply vulnerable. These issues often carry feelings of shame, isolation, and hopelessness—whether they involve relationship challenges, betrayal, pornography use, or sexually compulsive behaviors.
The impact is not limited to one person. Partners, spouses, and family members may also experience trauma, grief, confusion, and a profound sense of isolation as they try to process what has happened.
But there is hope. Healing is possible. With the right support, honesty, and compassion, individuals and families can move toward restoration, understanding, and growth. A healthier, more fulfilling life—marked by inner peace, clarity, and strengthened relationships—is within reach.
My counseling practice focuses primarily on supporting adults navigating betrayal trauma, compulsive sexual behaviors, infidelity, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges. I have received specialized training from Dr. Patrick Carnes, Dr. Stefanie Carnes, and Dr. Kevin Skinner in areas directly related to infidelity, betrayal trauma, and sexual addiction recovery.
My role is to walk alongside you as you work toward your personal goals. I provide a nonjudgmental, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences openly and honestly. Together, we will create a safe and supportive environment that fosters healthy awareness, growth, and empowerment—helping you move forward in whatever direction feels right for you.
